Attenboroughs Probate & Wills Ltd was created by the owners of Attenboroughs Accountants. We have worked in the accountancy industry for over 20 years and have been running our accountancy practice together since 2015. In our roles we often found ourselves talking to clients about the importance of Wills, usually in regard to their businesses, and were often involved in the tax returns side of estates. We also experienced first hand the consequences of not having a will and the complications and stress our clients suffered as a result.
We therefore decided that we were actually in a great position to be able to offer will and lasting power of attorney services and probate and estate services and undertook the necessary legal training to qualify in these areas. These qualifications enable us to both utilise our extensive inheritance tax knowledge and offer services that are usually reserved to only legal practices at a competitive price.
Both David Pattman and Niki Drake are authorised as CILEX Practitioner (ACCA Probate) and are directors of the company. Both have acquired a great deal of tax and estante planning experience in their rolls as accountants, and significant experience in Probate and Estate Administation since qualifying as Lawyers.
Nicola Pattman is a member of the The Society of Will Writers and has over 5 years of experience in the preparation of Wills, Probate and Estate Administation.
Asistance is also given by Kirsty Reynolds, who supports the team in all areas and also assists with Estate Administation under the supervision of the team.
